[Product introduction]: TPO is a high-efficiency free radical (1) type light, high-efficiency Photoinitiator that has absorption in the long wavelength range. Due to its wide absorption range, its effective absorption peak is 350-400nm, and it has been absorbed to about 420nm. Its absorption peak is longer than that of conventional initiators. It can generate two free radicals, benzoyl and phosphoryl, when exposed to light. Both can initiate polymerization, so the light curing speed is fast, and it also has photobleaching effect, which is suitable for deep curing of thick films and the characteristics of non-yellowing coatings. It has low volatility and is suitable for water-based.
This product is mostly used in white systems, and can be used in UV-curable coatings, printing inks, UV-curable adhesives, optical fiber coatings, photoresists, photopolymerization printing plates, stereolithographic resins, composite materials, dental fillings, etc.
The use of this product should be based on the results of actual experiments, and it is recommended to add 0.5-4%w/w. It is fully cured on white or high titanium dioxide pigmented surfaces. The coating does not yellow, the post-polymerization effect is low, and there is no residue. Can also be used in clear coats, especially for products with low odor requirements. Used alone in unsaturated polyester containing styrene system, it has high initiation efficiency. For acrylate systems, especially colored systems, it is usually necessary to use together with amine or acrylamine, and at the same time compound with other Photoinitiators to achieve complete curing of the system. It is especially suitable for low yellowing, white systems and thick film layers. cured. Silkscreen inks, lithographic inks, flexo inks, wood coatings. Recommended dosage is 0.5-3.0% (colored system), 03-2.0% (transparent system).
[Storage]: This product should be sealed and stored in an airtight, dry, dark place, and avoid sunlight.
